Celebrate Recovery

The purpose of Celebrate Recovery is to encourage fellowship and celebrate God's healing power & FREEDOM in our lives as we work our way along the road to recovery.  Celebrate Recovery is for ANYONE whose life is tangled up with Hurts that FILL their hearts, Hang-ups that cause them pain, or Habits that mess-up their lives!  Healing is accomplished through applying the principles of a bible-based recovery process to our lives.

  • No hurt is beyond healing.

  • No hang-up is beyond hope.

  • No habit is beyond help.

Freedom is possible!

Hurt - the feeling/emotional reaction to another person's behavior or to a traumatic or disturbing situation (abuse, abandonment, divorce, relationship problems, relational addiction, co-dependency, etc.)

Hang-Up - negative mental attitudes that are used IN AN ATTEMPT to cope with people or adversity (anger, depression, resentment, fear, etc.)

Habit - addiction to someone or something (alcohol, drugs, food, sex, gambling, smoking, pornography, etc.)

Help with overcoming hurts, hang-ups, and habits...

Celebrate Recovery exists to provide Christ-centered healing in a supportive, respectful, and confidential environment for those seeking help in dealing with hurts (abuse, abandonment, co-dependency), habits (alcohol, drugs, food, etc.), and hang ups (anger, depression, unforgiveness).

How Does It Work?

Along with fellowship and the celebration of God's healing power in our lives through the "Twelve Steps" and "8 Recovery Principles" we are allowed to be "changed."

We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God´s grace in solving our lives´ problems. By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power—Jesus Christ, the one and only true Higher Power.
